Updated Octomap for T4.3

there was a small obstacle missing in the octomap that we provioded. In rare cases, this could have caused a collision with the gazebo world, while octomap reported it as free.

You can update the simclient VM as follows:
Alternatively, you can replace
with the attached file (unzip first)
