Hello,

We would like to send our VM with our code to solve the tasks on Friday 7th, but if we improve our solution on that weekend, will you allow us to send other VM that would replace the first one or we only have one try to send it?

there was only 1 test run scheduled with the project partners. so i'm sorry: there will be no further test runs.

But that test run will probably only take place after the 10th? So if we upload one VM on Friday and replace the uploaded file on Monday, is that valid?

there will be no further "test runs" of your VM's on our site.

we will do the final evaluation at some point after Nov 10th. in the next days we will send an announcement via mail explaining the steps for the final evaluation. in short: you will have to export your VM before the 10th, create a sha256 hash of this VM, send us this hash in time before the 10th and then you have some more days (~5) to upload the unmodified VM.

I suppose that we had to follow the same steps to submit the final VM that previously we followed with the test VM. But, will we have to put a specific name to our VM?
