It seems the orientation data is missing in the IMU messages from the dataset provider. Am I the only one that is running into this problem?

Hi,

this is correct - the IMU message only contains the angular velocity and acceleration measurements. This is on purpose since orientation is not very well observable on MAVs just based on accelerometer and gyro data, and it would otherwise give the impression that orientation is perfectly measured already.

Thank you for the quick reply Markus. I was unaware that a part of the IMU data was stripped. We will find another way to get the orientation data.
